WISH BOTTLE At the wedding ceremony all the guests will write their wishes on the prepared cards and will tie them up with colourful ribbons and throw them away into the wish bottle. 1 year later at the wedding anniversary, the couple will read them all and they will be able to be stored for a lifetime. 1 bottle of wedding champagne and the wish bottle is our present of company for the 1. year wedding anniversary celebration for the couple.

B) PROGRAM 1 – (1. Day) MEHNDI CEREMONY (15:00 – 20:00 o’clock)


Bride & Groom will be taken from airport with a limousine, will be brought to the Hotel and will be brought back to the airport after the wedding. Photographer will take pictures of the couple during the way from airport to hotel. This photo shoots will be used in the wedding story clip. Welcome cocktail at arrival to the hotel.At Hotel enterance ancient Ottoman military band show with live music. 1. Venue will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony.A Special gazebo will be prepared for the bride and groom. Gazebo will be adorned with chiffon and tulles in colors of bride & groom''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s wear.2 special seats in Indian style will be prepared for bride and groom. The ground will be covered with carpets and floor cushions 2. Mehndi Ceremony will set at green area. 16 different gazebo at beach will decorate each of them will decorate with colourfull tulles, chiffon fabrics and fresh flowers.Each gazebo ground will covered with colourfull flour cushions and coffe tables will set. Fuschia, Orange, Green, Yellow and Purple colours will use to decorate gazebos. A bridal walkway will set at enterance of Mehndi venue and 10 long flower and tulles decorated metal stand will use to decorate. 15 Different wooden arch at enterance road of Mehndi venue will decorate with fresh flowers and each of them will decorate with different colour tulles(3 bundle flowers will use to decorate of each side of wooden arc.1 to top and 2 to other sides) . Fuschia, Orange, Green, Yellow and Purple colours will use. Colourfull spotlights will set each side bottom of wooden arch. Theese decoration will kept till whole wedding. 3. A special bridal table will be prepared. Colourful runners will be laid on the table. Table will be decorated with accessories and fresh flowers. Underplates will be placed on table. Bowties of satin ribbons will be used as napkin bracelets. Candleholders and candles with Swarovski crystals will be used for decorations. Chairs will be decorated with fresh flowers and tulles. 4. Round tables will also prepared for guests behind gazebos. Tables and Tiffany Chairs will decorate with fuschia colour satin and chiffons, Suplas will set on tables and seasonal fresh flowers in vazes will use for decoration. Colourfull satin bows will used for napkins. 5. Open buffet – Lunch – Unlimited Lochal beverage and soft drinks. (Vegetarian Menu 1 ) 6. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ (Indian music). You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself. 7. Oriental Belly Dance Show (3 dancers; music from CD during 30 min)Special dance floor will set. 8. 2 tarot readers, 2 caricature artists 9. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours) 10. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. The brand of Kryolan make- up material will be used, so as for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours). 11. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from the own home country. 12. The Mehndi ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 2 professional videographers 13. The Mehndi ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographers. 1500 to 2000 photos in JPEG format will be taken. 14. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day 15. 2 english speaker wedding consultant Managers and 5 assistant hostesses to care with guests. 16. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff. 17. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.

C) PROGRAM 2 – (1. Day) SANGEET CEREMONY - (Time: 20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)


COCKTAIL AT DOWN LOBBY Tables will be prepared at the fpyer area. They will be adorned with colourful fabrics. Fresh flower arrangements will be placed on tables. Chips, buts,crudites and alcoholic - non alcoholic drinks will be offered for guests. Live acoustic music - violin, classic guitar, accordion 1. 8 glass flowerpots with fresh flowers will be placed on the entrance and decorated with tulle bowites in decoration colours. Colourful LED lights will be set up between flowers. 10 volcano fireworks will be placed between flowerpots. Red carpets with rose petals will be rolled on the floor Bridal Table 2. A platform will set at Sangeet ceremony venue for Bridal table. Drapes will set at backside of Bridal table with red and pink colour fabrics and will decorate with fresh flowers. Bridal tables will set at platform. Spot lights will set in front of drapes decorated walls. 3. Runners will lay on Bridal Table. Accessories and flowers will use for decoration. A suitable venue will be prepared at the hall for Mehndi Ceremony. Rugs and mattresses will be placed on the floor. Open Buffet will be decorated with fabric and flowers in colour of decoration. E) PROGRAM 4 – (2. Day) (Time: 14.00-18.00 o’clock)


Varmala Ceremony will be at Green area Wedding Ceremony will start after the lunch BARAAT CEREMONY The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 2 Dholak.The relatives of the groom will come to the place,where bride and her relatives will be waiting. Will be aerial video shooting with Drone. VARMALA (will be organised in green area) 1. Traditional Religious Ceremony A stage will set at venue at Green area Gazebo (Mandap) will set on stage and will decorated with fabrics and fresh takates flowers. 2 seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers. 2. White seat and white coffe tables will set at venue for guests to watch religious marriage ceremony, Colourfull pillows will set on white seats. Chairs will set at backside of white seats and colourfull tulles will use to decorate chairs. 3. Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing 4. An Altar will be set up on the entrance and will be decorated with fresh flowers and colourful tulles. 5. 6 columns will set on bridal walkway and colourfull fresh flowers will use for decoration. Carpet will roll on bridal walkway and roses leafs will pour on carpet. 6. 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck. 7. F) PROGRAM 5 Wedding Dinner at the Ballroom of the Hotel (Time 20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)


An Altar will be set up at the bridal walkway. 2 high metal stands with seasonal fresh flowers will be arranged next to altar. Bridal walkway will be decorated with candles and lanterns. Special board with bride & groom''''''''s names will be placed one the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board. Candy Bar A candy bar will set at enterance of venue for guests. Fabrics of decoration colours and fresh flowers will use to decorate. Chocolate, candies and Turkish delight will be offered in special glass candy dishes. Glass and Crystal accessories with pearls will use for decorations. Bridal Table 1. A special bridal table will be prepared on stage on platform for bride & groom. Decoration will be prepared in the fund behind the table with fabrics in fuchsia colour tones and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Bridal table will be prepared with main colour of the couple’s dresses. Runners will be placed onto table. Glass accessories with colorful flowers will be placed on table corners. Mirror in Buta motif with Swarovski crystals will be set up on table. Candles in candleholders with Swarovski stones will be placed on those mirrors. Underplates with Swarovski crystals will be used. 2 Small different size vases will be placed on the table. 2 roses will be tied up to the vases with colourful ribbon. Vases will be filled with water and transparent stones and floating candles will be placed in the vases. 2. Round and long tables will set at ballroom. Tables will covered with satin, tiffany wooden chairs will decorate with organza smilar decoration colour of ballroom. Runners will lay on tables. Mirrors will set at center of tables for decoration.Big footed glass vases will put on tables and decorate with fresh flowers. 5 different colour suplas will set under dishes on tables(Orange, Fuschia, Purple, Green and Turquise colour suplas will used) Napkins will be tie with decoration colour satin ribbons and napkin bracelet will use. Candles will use to decorate tables. 3. Special glasses will be prepared for bride & groom. 4. Sand ceremony for bride and groom. 5. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception, Unlimited Lochal beverage and soft drinks (4 hours) (Vegetarian menu 4) 6. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties + 20 volcano fireworks show. 7. Original videos and photos taken during all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk) 15. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours). 16.
