PROGRAM 1 – (1st Day) MEHNDI CEREMONY (Time: 12.00 – 16.00 o’clock)


Bride & Groom will be taken from airport with a limousine, will be brought to the Hotel and will be brought back to the airport after the wedding. Photographer will take photos of the couple during the way from airport to hotel. This photo shoots will be used in the wedding story clib.Welcome cocktail at the arrival to the hotel. At hotel enterance ancient Ottoman military band show with live music with live music. 1. An Altar will be set up at the entrance of the venue and will be decorated with chiffon and fresh flowers. Venue will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony. A Special stage will be prepared for the bride and groom. The wedding venue for bride & groom will be decorated with chiffon and fresh flowers in the main color of the couples’ dresses or with colors of choice. The venue prepared for bride & groom will be decorated with Chiffon & fresh flowers. Indian styled special 2 seats will be prepared for bride and groom. The ground will be covered with carpets and floor cushions. Henna ceremony will be held here. 2. A special bridal table will be prepared. Colourful runners will be on the table. Table will be decorated with accessories and flowers. Under the plates, Swarovski stoned underplates will be arranged. Swarovski stoned napkin bracelets will be used for the napkins. Table will be decorated with Swarovski stoned candle holder and candles. 3. Round table layout will be prepared. Tables and Tiffany chairs will be decorated with satin and colourful chiffons. Colourful runners & under plates and seasonal fresh flowers in the accessories will be used on the tables. Bowties will be made to the napkins with satin ribbons. Tables will be decorated with candles. 4. Open buffet – Lunch – Alcoholic & Nonalcoholic beverage. (Menu 1 ) 5. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ. You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself. 6. Oriental Belly Dancer Show (music from CD for 30 min) 7. 2 tarot readers, 2 caricature artists 8. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours) 9. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. The brand of Kryolan make-up material will be used, so as for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours) 10. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from the own home country. 11. The Mehndi ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by a professional videographer 12. The Mehndi ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographer. Between 1500 to 2000 photos in JPEG format will be taken.

PROGRAM 2 – (1st Day evening)SANGEET CEREMONY (Time: 20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)


1. A Special Altar decorated with fabric and flowers will be set up at the entrance of the ballroom. 8 colourful season flower decorations on standing gilt glass bowls will be set up at the bridal walking way at the entrance. Colored LED lights will be placed between the flowers. They will be decorated with fuchsia, orange and green coloured chiffon bow ties. 10 volkanos will be placed . A red carpet will be rolled out and pink rose leaves will be spread on it. 2. The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony. Stage will be decorated with chiffon drapes and fresh flowers in the main colour of the couples’ dresses or with colors of choice. Bridal table will be set up on a stage. Board will be prepared back to the table with Chiffon drapes. Stage lighting with color projectors will be given. 3. A special bridal table will be prepared at the platform for bride & groom. Decoration will be prepared in the fund behind the table with big gilt colour mussel shell 2,5m x 2m in size and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Bridal table will be prepared with main colour of the couple’s dress. Runners will be places onto table. Table will be decorated with flowers and accessories. Mirror under plates will be used on the table. Table will be decorated with candles. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up. 4. Round tables and chairs will be decorated in the main colour of the bride and groom''s dress (or with chosen traditional Indian bright colours). Tables will be decorated with satin and ivory Chiffon. Red colour Runners will be used on the table. Footed Candlesticks, decorated with seasonal and local red-pink fresh flowers, will be placed on the tables. Under plates and pink-red design duni napkin and napkin bracelets made with pearl will be used. Red and white glasses will be used. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Red velvet chairs will be decorated with vibrant coloured Tulle. Chairs will be decorated with the flowers same colour with the decoration. 5. Open Buffet – Dinner Reception (Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages (4 hours) (Menu 2) 6. Sound Sytem, DJ mixer, robot light show from the ground and DJ (Indian music). You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself. 7. Professional Caucasian dance group 3 men – 3 women dancer – 30 min. with music by CD ) 8. Belly dance show at the final of ceremony. (3 dancers, 30 min. with music by CD) 9. A professional Hair dresser will wait at the Hotel If the hair needed to be redone or If the hair needs to be corrected. 10. A professional make-up specialist will wait at the hotel after Mehndi Ceremony, If the makeup needed to be redone or If makeup needs to be corrected. 11. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day. 12. 2 english speaker wedding consultant Managers to care with guests. 13. Professional full HD video recording. A barcovision will be set up for live video broadcast. 14. 3 exclusive professional photographers take 1500 to 2000 pictures in JPEG format 15. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff. 16. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials. AFTER PARTY-(24.00 – 02.30 o’clock) Indoor disco with DJ and Unlimithed local alcohol and soft drinks(concept of hotel’s all inclusive services 150 pax capacity)

PROGRAM 3 – (2nd Day) Haldi Ceremony (Time: 10.00 – 11.00 o’clock)


A suitable venue will be prepared at the hall for Mehndi Ceremony. Rugs and mattresses will be placed to the venue. Open Buffet presentation will be decorated with fabric and flowers same colour with decoration. (We recommend you to bring your traditional accessoires for the ceremony). Wedding Ceremony will start after the lunch. 1. BARAAT CEREMONY The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 2 Dholak. The relatives of the groom will come to the place, where bride and her relatives will be waiting. Will be aerial video shooting with Drone. Baraat Ceremony will be held in front of the fountain of love. 2. VARMALA Traditional religious ceremony: A gazebo will be set up for bride & groom at the Varmala venue and will be decorated with fresh flowers, colourful tulles and chiffons. Gazebo ground will be covered by colourful carpet. 2 seats will be placed for bride & groom inside the gazebo. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers. Tiffany chairs will be placed and will be decorated for the guests who would like to sit during the religious ceremony. Also bistro tables will be set up for those guests, who’d like to watch the ceremony standing. 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck. Will be aerial shooting with Drone. Sound system and microphone will be set up. Open Buffet unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks 4 hours (Vgetarian Menu 3) It is recommended to bring the traditional special embroidered with gold accessory decorations for Baraat & Varmala Ceremony with you!

PROGRAM 4 – (2nd Day evening)Wedding Dinner Reception at the Ballroom of the Hotel (Time 20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)


An Altar will be set up at the bridal walkway. 2 high metal footed stands and flowers will be arranged to this stands. Bridal walkway will be decorated with candles and lanterns. 1. A special bridal table will be prepared at the platform for bride & groom. Decoration will be prepared in the fund behind the table with big mussel shell 2,5m x 2m in size and will be decorated with fresh flowers. Bridal table will be prepared with main colour of the couple’s dress. Runners will be places onto table. Table will be decorated with flowers and accessories. Mirror under plates will be used on the table. 2 Small in different size vases will be placed on the table. 2 roses will be tied up to the vases with colourful ribbon. Water will be in the vases and Transparent stones and floating candles will be placed in the vases. Table will be decorated with candles. 2. Round tables and Tiffany wood chairs will be decorated fuchsia & ivory coloured organza. (or with chosen traditional Indian bright colours). The tables and chairs will be adorned with satin and Chiffon. Runners will be placed on the tables. Long Martini Candlesticks, decorated with seasonal fresh flowers, will be placed on the tables. 2 Small in different size vases will be placed on the table. 2 roses will be tied up to the vases with colourful ribbon. Water will be in the vases and Transparent stones and floating candles will be placed in the vases. Table will be decorated with candles. 3. Special glasses will be prepared for bride & groom 4. A Candy bar will be prepared for guests at the entrance of ballroom. The bar will be decorated with fabric & fresh flowers in decoration colours. Chocolate, sweet and Turkish delight will be served in the glass accessories. Around of candy bar will be decorated with special decorated balloons. 5. Sand ceremony for bride and groom 6. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic drinks (4 hours) (Menu 4) 7. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties. + 20 volcano fire- works show. 8. Professional sand show (During 30 min with music from CD) 9. Sound Sytem, DJ mixer, robot light show from the ground and DJ (Indian music). You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself. 10. Gypsy Dance Group Show for 45 min. 5 musicians (live music with: Qanun, Ud, Clarinet, Violin, Darbuka), 10 dancers (5 male and 5 female. 11. Party at the night club of hotel until 02:00 after midnight. 12. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower. A wristband will be prepared for bridesmaids at the same color of bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres for groomsmen. Special garter with Swarovski stones for bride. Also garters at the same color will be prepared for bridesmaids. 13. At the final of the wedding bride will throw her bouquet to bridesmaids and groom will throw bride''s garter to groomsmen. 14. 3 exclusive professional photographers will take 1500 to 2000 pictures in JPEG format. 15. Professional video recording with Jimmy Jip and actual shoulder camera.(A Wedding Story will be prepared. Original videos and photos taking in all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk. A barcovision will be set up for live video broadcast. 16. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours) 17. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride.
